Bookings made with businesses
Where a business, hotel, room or service accepts a booking or payment directly, that business's own payment, cancellation and refund terms apply. Please confirm those terms with the business before paying.
Business/Partner subscriptions
Any paid GYPSY plan a Business Partner subscribes to (for listing or promotion on the platform) is billed and refunded according to the terms shared with that Partner at the time of subscribing.
